Moms2Sons was created by a single mother of three sons, struggling to raise her youngest, in an extremely negative environment, in this ever-changing, fast-paced world in which we live. After countless hours of internet searches, she discovered that programs abounded but in no cohesive, usable, helpful format. Armed with a good paying job, family, friends and a bachelor's degree, she was still defenseless against outside influences in her young son's life. Thus, a clearinghouse of resources, programs and information for single mothers with sons looking for help was created. It has taken seven years (God's number of completion) to see her dream come to fruition..."If I can help one mother turn her son around, then my living has not been in vain." |
